FULLY MADE IN ITALY

HMR Helmets® is the result of the experience gained over the years by Hammer Srl as a manufacturer of ski helmets.
Under the leadership of a single owner, Giuseppe Rizzitiello, and his family, the company expresses itself as a quality artisan business that upholds the ethical values and social responsibility that set it apart.

Every helmet is handcrafted using Italian labor, true to the philosophy of a “Fully Made in Italy” product.
Deep knowledge of materials combined with the use of technology and artisan expertise has allowed the company to carve out a leading role among manufacturers of ski, snowboard, and boardercross helmets.

Research and Development

Designing a helmet is one of the most important aspects of our work, drawing on 360° experience in product and graphic design to gain and bring in innovation from other fields, while integrating the best and most advanced research on materials and shapes. HMR Helmets® creates its helmets based on new trends, developing new solutions built on three core principles: safety, innovation, and sanitization. Each model is analyzed from both an aesthetic and functional standpoint, and must meet the highest standards for impact resistance, safety, and ergonomic comfort. Through a reverse engineering process, the necessary refinements are made to define and certify the helmet at the highest levels, with innovation in lighter, higher-performing materials from an advanced material design mix.

Safety and Certifications

Safety is one of HMR Helmet®'s core goals, and not simply for the sake of certification. Every helmet undergoes numerous rigorous tests to verify its compliance with the parameters required by national and international standards, ensuring the highest possible level of safety for our customers. All our helmets have earned CE EN 1077 – Class A certification. Class A helmets have passed extreme impact tests with stricter parameters than Class B helmets, making them better suited for skiers and snowboarders who practice intensely or competitively. Class A helmets protect a larger surface area, giving athletes significantly greater protection.
